Role Purpose

The Product Supply Analyst will support finance and flour operations by monitoring inventory activities, reconciling stock records, and ensuring accurate production and financial postings. The role helps maintain reliable operational data while improving inventory control and expenditure monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate inventory postings for raw materials, finished goods, engineering spares, and other stock items.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation between inventory sub-ledger and general ledger accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reconciliation exercises.
  • Compare manual inventory records with ERP system data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform warehouse return analysis and post inventory returns appropriately.
  • Set up customers and products within MS Data Bridge, Weighbridge, and ERP platforms.
  • Compute debit charges applicable to transporters and maintain proper documentation.
  • Track goods in transit to ensure transfers are completed within approved timelines.
  • Review production postings, batch orders, and Bills of Materials for financial accuracy.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience in analytical, administrative, or operational support roles.

Required Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of inventory control and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based systems.
