What’s the Role?

As a Graduate in the Geoscience stream, you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year structured development programme designed to groom the next generation of leaders. Following Shell’s global recruitment methodology, the programme attracts, selects, and develops top talent across Shell’s businesses in Nigeria. This 2026 intake is specifically targeted at post-NYSC graduates in Geoscience.

  • Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
