Join Shell as a Graduate in the Engineering stream and embark on a comprehensive 3-year structured development programme designed to groom the next generation of leaders. The programme follows Shell’s global recruitment standards to attract, select, and develop top talent across its businesses in Nigeria. This intake focuses on graduates in Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, and Production Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Production) before the programme start date.
  • Must have less than three (3) years of post-graduation work experience.
  • Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
