GTCO is now seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced professional to lead its wealth management division as Head, Wealth Management at GT Fund Managers Limited. This is a senior leadership role perfect for someone passionate about growing Assets Under Management (AUM), crafting innovative investment solutions, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust wealth management strategy aligned with GT Fund Managers’ growth goals, risk appetite, and the broader GTCO Group strategy.
  • Drive sustainable expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM) through targeted client acquisition, portfolio optimization, and creation of innovative wealth products.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, client preferences, and competitor strategies to spot new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Operations) and external partners to improve service quality and strengthen market positioning.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), corporates, and institutional clients to ensure outstanding client experience and high retention rates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, Economics or related) is highly desirable.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Must be a SEC Sponsored individual.
  • Strong expertise in investment strategy development, portfolio construction, asset allocation, financial planning (retirement, estate, and tax planning), and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
