What’s the Role?

As a Graduate in the Commercial stream, you will embark on a structured 3-year development programme designed to groom future leaders. Following Shell’s global recruitment methodology, the programme attracts, selects, and places top talent across Shell’s businesses in Nigeria. You will work on real projects from day one, gaining valuable experience while contributing fresh ideas to solve energy-related challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have less than three (3) years of post-graduation work experience.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme (include NYSC Certificate or Exemption in your CV).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
