Job Summary

As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead critical projects that shape the global energy landscape. You’ll collaborate daily with top professionals, tackle exciting challenges, and play a key role in delivering flawless execution while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project planning and execution, including clarifying customer targets and delivering tailored technical solutions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers and all project stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Conduct continuous risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ensure full compliance with Project Management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines, including Tax regulations, Export Control, and EHS requirements.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and schedules; take corrective actions to minimize non-conformance costs and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • 3 – 5 years of solid Project Management experience.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with mechanics and rotating machinery (such as Gas and Steam Turbines, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors) will be a strong advantage.
