They are currently recruiting motivated and trustworthy professionals to fill the role of Bank Teller / Customer Care Officer (CCO) on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions with speed and precision.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and explaining banking products and services clearly.
  • Strictly adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to protect both customers and the institution.
  • Accurately verify customer identities and transaction details before processing.
  • Maintain detailed and error-free records of all daily activities and transactions.

Requirements

  • HND (Upper Credit or Distinction only).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Previous experience in banking or customer service is a definite advantage.

Salary and Benefits

₦200,000 per month (net) + 13th Month Salary + Leave Allowance.
