1. Admin Officer
The Admin Officer will be a cornerstone of the operational team, ensuring that office management, procurement, and HR support align with NESSACTION’s rigorous internal controls and donor requirements.
- Core Tasks: Manage official correspondence, oversee inventory/petty cash, coordinate travel logistics, and assist in facility assessments.
- Compliance: Support audit processes and ensure statutory tax remittances (VAT, WHT) are handled accurately.
- Requirements: Strong IT skills, knowledge of procurement rules, and a high degree of integrity.
2. Finance Officer
Under the guidance of the CFO, the Finance Officer will manage the financial health of program-related activities, ensuring full compliance with international NGO standards.
- Core Tasks: Accurate transaction entry, preparation of monthly payroll (PAYE, Pension, NHF), balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring expenditure levels.
- Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of experience in an international NGO environment. Proficiency in bookkeeping and MS Excel is essential.
3. Technical Assistant (IT - Power BI, Tableau)
This role is designed for a data-driven professional capable of transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Core Tasks: Build interactive Power BI/Tableau dashboards, run DAX queries, manage data warehouses, and develop multi-dimensional data models.
- Requirements: 2-3 years of experience with BI tools and SQL querying. Knowledge of the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS) and Python is a major advantage.
