The company has recently expanded into the Home & Personal Care sector with its 2SURE brand, launching a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. SBC operates nine state-of-the-art bottling plants strategically located across Nigeria.

The company is now recruiting a Customer Service Representative (Igbo & English) to provide excellent support to its customers and contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the frontline support for SBC customers. The role requires resolving customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Provide customer support through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management.
  • Record and track customer feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Igbo language and fluent in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Willingness to work on a shift schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and management skills.
