Role Overview

We are looking for an articulate and energetic Public Relations Officer to steer our internal and external communication strategies. This vital role serves as a professional mediator between corporate leadership, active project sites, joint-venture partners, and the general public to maintain a unified brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Protection: Monitor media landscapes to mitigate negative publicity and implement proactive strategies that highlight the company's achievements.

• Crisis Management: Serve as the first point of contact for time-sensitive press inquiries, delivering authorized and strategic responses under pressure.

• Corporate Messaging: Draft and distribute transparent internal memos, media releases, and organizational announcements to align staff and external stakeholders.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Partner with project managers and site engineers to ensure public notices and field communication align with corporate policy.

• Event Planning: Organize and execute corporate seminars, public forums, and official company events with a high degree of professionalism.

• Community Relations: Foster constructive relationships with local community leaders, regulatory agencies, and corporate clients.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Experience: At least 4 years of proven PR or communications experience, ideally within construction, industrial, or logistics environments.

• Key Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, mastery of digital branding and social media management tools, and the interpersonal skills necessary to engage effectively with both field labor and executive boards.
