Locations: Abuja (Kubwa), Lagos Island, Sokoto, Gusau, Kano, Birnin Kebbi, Zuru, Funtua, Kubau LGA, Maiduguri, Biu, Taraba, Makurdi, Gboko, New Bussa, Suleja, Bida, Lafia, Keffi, Ekiti, Jos, Adamawa, Damaturu, Gombe, Dutse, Kazaure, Benin City, Ibadan, Lokoja, Ilorin, Asaba, Ebonyi, Enugu, Anambra and Rivers State.
Duration: 4 Weeks
Training Period: 13th July 2026 – 26th July 2026
Examination Period: 27th July 2026 – 9th August 2026
Position Overview
Iconic Open University is seeking competent and dedicated individuals to serve as temporary Examination Proctors and Supervisors during its forthcoming examination exercise. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and maintaining compliance with established examination guidelines.
This is a short-term assignment designed specifically for the upcoming examination cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations to ensure a fair and orderly process.
- Assist with the distribution, management, and collection of examination materials where necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on examination activities and observations.
- Enforce examination regulations and ensure candidates comply with all guidelines.
- Maintain examination integrity by preventing and reporting any form of malpractice.
- Provide support to examination officials to ensure seamless coordination throughout the examination period.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's Degree obtained from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience supervising or proctoring examinations within a tertiary educational institution.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based platforms.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to duty.
- Applicants must currently reside in any of the listed examination locations.
