Nigerian Breweries Opens Applications for HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program in Commerce

Nigerian Breweries Plc has announced the commencement of applications for the HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program – Commerce, providing young Nigerian graduates with the opportunity to build international careers within one of the world’s leading beverage companies.

The programme is structured to develop future business leaders through a three-year career development journey that combines practical experience, mentorship, leadership training, and international exposure.

According to the company, participants will complete three rotations lasting six months each across different business functions and operational areas.

The first phase of the programme will take place within the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria, where graduates will gain foundational knowledge of the organization’s strategy, operations, and corporate culture.

The second rotation will involve a cross-functional assignment within Nigeria, giving participants broader exposure to different business units and helping them understand how various functions work together to drive organizational success.

Successful applicants will later undertake an international assignment as part of the third rotation to strengthen their global business perspective and adaptability in multicultural environments.

Following the completion of the rotational programme, graduates will move into management-level positions within Nigerian Breweries in Nigeria for an additional 18 months to further develop their leadership and professional capabilities.
