Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Flowergate Factory, Sagamu, Ogun State
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for driving warehouse efficiency, improving service delivery, and optimizing operational costs. The role involves managing warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and monitor warehouse performance targets and KPIs.
- Ensure efficient logistics operations and productivity levels.
- Manage labor and equipment utilization effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sustainable warehouse environment.
- Promote safety awareness and compliance within the team.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, and Transport teams.
- Oversee co-packing activities and warehouse processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN practices.
- Train, motivate, and engage team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of areas such as customer service, transportation, and demand planning.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with warehouse projects or systems implementation is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a LEAN environment.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
