NCDMB Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program 2026

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has commenced applications for its Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program aimed at empowering young Nigerian graduates with industry-relevant technical and digital skills.

Established under the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act of 2010, the NCDMB is responsible for promoting local content development and strengthening human capacity within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

The training initiative is part of the Board’s commitment to developing skilled professionals for career opportunities in the energy industry through specialized training and internship support programs.
