Job Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth execution of executive responsibilities and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, emails, and daily schedules efficiently
  • Track action items, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs
  • Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and official events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Trello
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

Salary

₦400,000 – ₦450,000 (Net) per month
