Role Summary

Cobranet is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive business growth through customer acquisition, relationship building, and referral sales in the ISP sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Collect and properly document customer onboarding requirements (including COI, SLA, CSF, etc.).
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless and timely customer onboarding.
  • Provide valuable market feedback and insights on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
  • Actively promote referral-based sales to accelerate business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of cognate experience in sales within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company.
  • Proven familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
