Vono Furniture Products Limited, a subsidiary of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc established in 2016, is a leading provider of furniture solutions for homes, offices, hospitality, and institutional use across Nigeria.

As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a highly experienced and innovative professional to join its team as a Brand Manager.

Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company’s business goals. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage and grow the company’s product portfolio including mattresses, pillows, and foam products
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Manage brand budgets and optimize return on investment
  • Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitive positioning
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive demand and improve market penetration
  • Track brand performance using KPIs such as sales growth, awareness, and market share

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Good understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior and market trends
