Requirements & Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in retail sales.
• Previous experience in the Telecommunications, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in business development and revenue growth management.
• Excellent understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and business expansion.
• Good product and market knowledge.
