Role Overview
- Location: Abuja (FCT)
- Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: USD $54,485 / Biweekly
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Top Secret level clearance.
Key Responsibilities
The CLO Coordinator manages a comprehensive program focused on eight critical areas of responsibility:
- Community Support: Welcoming, orientation, and departure services for mission members.
- Crisis Management: Developing security-related morale programs and crisis response strategies.
- Employment & Education: Providing guidance on family member employment and educational resources.
- Communications: Managing outreach, events planning, and community liaison activities.
- Program Monitoring: Identifying community needs and formulating recommendations for action.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Successful completion of at least two (2) years of university or college studies.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in administration, program management, customer service, or public policy.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with program monitoring.
