Job Details

  • Position: HR Officer (Talent Management and Compensation)
  • Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

As the HR Officer for Talent and Compensation, you will be pivotal in maintaining the company’s high standards of employee performance and satisfaction. Your core duties will include:

  • Facilitating performance management cycles, from initial goal setting to final appraisals.
  • Managing organizational job evaluations and assisting with the design of competitive compensation structures.
  • Coordinating talent development programs, including succession planning and staff training.
  • Handling payroll support, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Using data-driven insights to generate HR reports that influence executive decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of 2:1) in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Certification: CIPM certification is highly preferred and serves as a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
