Programme Overview

The Seven-Up Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to equip recent graduates with hands-on experience across core business operations. Successful candidates will undergo structured learning, on-the-job training, and professional development while contributing directly to business performance and innovation initiatives.

Participants will gain exposure to multiple departments, enabling them to develop cross-functional knowledge and leadership capabilities within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper (or equivalent).

  • NYSC Discharge Certificate is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in any location across Nigeria.
