The Mission

You will hold full accountability for the end-to-end execution of complex automation and digital projects within sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Pharmaceuticals, and Utilities. Your goal is to deliver excellence while adhering to the Customer Project Process (CPP) and PMI standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Directing engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison for customers and navigating communications across all organizational levels.
  • Financial & Risk Control: Managing project budgets, planning resources, and mitigating risks to ensure profitability and safety.
  • Contractual Excellence: Negotiating contract variations and resolving contractual issues in alignment with company standards.
  • Sub-supplier Oversight: Managing third-party vendors and subcontractors involved in project execution.
  • Mentorship: Providing line management, coaching, and professional development for junior project managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technology-related field.
  • Certification: Mandatory PMP Certification from PMI (or an equivalent recognized body).
  • Experience: Proven track record in technical project management, specifically delivering large-scale digital solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and structured methodologies like Prince2 or PMBOK.
