Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will oversee a broad range of human resources functions to support the company’s growth and operational excellence:

  • Talent Management: Driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding and final confirmation of new hires.
  • L&D Strategy: Drafting the annual HR training calendar and ensuring the successful execution of development plans.
  • Policy & Compliance: Formulating internal policies and ensuring the organization remains aligned with Nigerian labor laws.
  • Audit Support: Assisting the HR team in preparing for both internal and external audits to ensure procedural integrity.
  • HR Analytics: Leveraging data analysis to provide insights into workforce trends and departmental performance.
  • Offboarding: Managing the exit process and ensuring professional transition and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professional Certification: Possession of a professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or SPHRi) is highly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, conflict resolution abilities, and excellent communication skills.
