Job Overview

The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing and purchasing activities across all business units of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing supplier relationships, preparing procurement reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of goods and services across business units.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness of procured items.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for food items, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Conduct market surveys to compare pricing and maintain competitive sourcing strategies.
• Monitor vendor delivery timelines to prevent shortages or delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and pricing history.
• Prepare procurement reports, proposals, and analytical insights.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Process purchase orders with proper approvals and documentation.
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to verify deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or event management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and proposal writing skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory processes.
