Job Overview

The Brand Manager will develop and implement world-class marketing plans that are insight-driven, consumer-focused, and commercially viable. The role is responsible for brand market performance and will lead initiatives designed to unlock growth opportunities while ensuring efficient use of advertising and promotional investments.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Diageo Global Brand Teams and internal shopper marketing teams to drive effective Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) execution aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy strategic marketing business plans focused on growth and consumer engagement.
  • Manage brand performance and lead interventions that unlock market opportunities.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional resource allocation for optimal ROI.
  • Drive effective media spend and ensure efficient BTL execution.
  • Collaborate with global and local brand teams to adapt global platforms to local market needs.
  • Analyze market trends, cultural dynamics, and consumer behavior across multiple channels.
  • Support execution excellence across ATL and BTL marketing activities.

  • Ability to understand complex markets with diverse consumer segments and channels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in Marketing and/or FMCG industry.

  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
  • Strong monitoring and evaluation skills to optimize marketing investments.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights and behavioral trends.
  • Strategic planning expertise focused on sustainable brand growth.
