- Graduate Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum Second Class Upper.
- Assistant Lecturer: Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Lecturer II: PhD or Master’s Degree with research potential. MSc holders may require publications.
- Lecturer I: PhD with relevant teaching experience and publications.
- Senior Lecturer: PhD plus several years teaching experience and strong publication record.
- Reader: Advanced academic record, postgraduate supervision, and extensive publications.
- Professor: Distinguished academic leadership, research excellence, and proven supervisory experience.
