Job Summary

The successful candidate will support operational excellence across multiple cinema branches by delivering practical training, coaching staff, and helping managers improve team performance. The role also focuses on maintaining Filmhouse service culture and ensuring excellent guest experience standards across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned cinema locations to provide direct support and real-time staff coaching.
  • Work with Cinema Managers and Team Leads to turn training into daily operational results.
  • Promote Filmhouse values, culture, and customer service standards.
  • Serve as a learning and development partner for site operations.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs, refresher sessions, and practical training activities.
  • Share field observations that can improve future training programs.
  • Support new cinema launches with training coordination and readiness planning.
  • Monitor guest service quality and operational compliance standards.
  • Identify performance gaps, skill shortages, and service inconsistencies.
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives in real work environments.
  • Track recurring performance trends and report capability needs.
  • Assist with implementation of learning tools and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • NITAD or ACIPM certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience as a Trainer, Supervisor, or Manager.
  • Previous experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or service-driven environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
