International Golden Edge Trading (IGET) Limited is a fast-growing e-commerce startup in Nigeria with operations across multiple locations. We are currently hiring for a key role in our customer experience team.

Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team in Abuja. You will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer complaints
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards and performance metrics
  • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery information
  • Resolve issues relating to orders, payments, and returns professionally

Requirements

  • BSc Degree or HND in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in CRM Software
  • Minimum of 2+ years customer service experience (e-commerce background is a big plus)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
