Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our card products and electronic transactions. The successful candidate will oversee card operations, drive product development, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer experience in our fast-paced digital banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and launch of new card products including credit cards, prepaid cards, and fuel cards
  • Manage day-to-day card operations such as issuance, activation, maintenance, and technical support
  • Handle escalated customer complaints related to cards, fraud, lost/stolen cards, and transaction issues
  • Monitor card performance through analytics on usage, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to grow card usage, increase profitability, and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, compliance, and customer service teams for successful card programs
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including PCI DSS standards and manage fraud risks
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, card manufacturers, and partners such as Mastercard and Visa

Requirements

  • Degree in a Business-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years card management experience in the financial services sector
  • Proven experience managing debit and credit card processing functions
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent active listening, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with core banking applications/solutions (compulsory)
  • Proven track record in managing cards business projects and strategic partnerships
  • Strong cross-functional team management skills
