Are you a digital marketing expert looking to make a real impact? Talent Towers, a leading Human Capital Solutions firm in Africa, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to lead online engagement and brand visibility for their dental clinic in Ikeja, Lagos.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage and grow Talent Towers’ social media presence, drive marketing campaigns, and produce data-driven reports to enhance patient engagement and brand awareness. This is a hands-on position requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills.

  • Location: Ikeja, Lagos
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required for special campaigns)
  • Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦500,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow the clinic’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with dental professionals to generate informative and credible content.
  • Support internal campaigns like membership plans and patient awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns targeting schools, corporate clients, and communities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on social media metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage content creation for educational, promotional, and patient-awareness purposes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries.
  • Analyze engagement and conversion metrics to improve digital campaigns.

  • Proven expertise in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Experience in planning content and managing campaigns effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Strong professional presence and brand awareness skills.
