Role Summary

The Revenue Manager will lead the hotel’s revenue optimization strategy by leveraging market intelligence, pricing models, and performance analytics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure revenue targets align with business objectives while maximizing profitability across all booking channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement pricing and yield management strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional and occupancy-driving campaigns.
  • Manage room inventory allocation across direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS distribution platforms.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts including occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR metrics.
  • Generate performance reports and present revenue insights to senior leadership.
  • Train and mentor hotel staff on revenue management systems and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role.
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Understanding of hospitality market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Preference will be given to locally based candidates.
