Job Summary

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to innovate, achieve, and grow. The Operator Assistant I - Completions is an entry-level position designed to give exposure to oilfield operations while providing a structured path to Service Operator and Service Specialist roles. Halliburton invests in its employees, empowering them to develop their skills and careers in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Service Specialist in installing well completion products under strict supervision.
  • Prepare pre-job equipment, including assembly, testing, and mobilization, and assist with installation at the well site.
  • Support post-job demobilization, cleanup, and equipment repair.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations and apply reading and writing skills.
  • Obtain necessary driving skills and licenses as required by local conditions.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position with expectation to learn Halliburton HSE policies and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of energy industry activities, completion processes, and CPS products.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.

Compensation
