Programme Overview

The Management Trainee Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical exposure across key operational departments within the organization. Participants will rotate through various business units, supporting ongoing projects while developing leadership, analytical, and management competencies required for long-term career growth within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured departmental rotations including Restaurant Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science Technology, Accounting, Biology, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must reside in Port Harcourt or have accommodation within the city.
