Role Overview

The Crew Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate crew rosters to support daily flight operations.   • Collaborate with the Operations Control Center to address operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations regarding duty hours and mandatory rest periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc or HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Valid NCAA Flight Dispatch License.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar aviation scheduling role.
  • Familiarity with crew management systems such as AIMS or Jeppesen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
