Program Overview

Westfield Consulting Limited, in partnership with a leading organization in the recycling and manufacturing sector, is accepting applications from outstanding graduates for its 2026 Management Trainee Program.

This is a structured 10-week intensive training programme designed to develop young professionals with strong academic backgrounds into future business leaders across multiple functional areas.

Training Structure

The program is delivered in three structured phases:

  • Six (6) weeks of classroom-based training
  • Two (2) weeks of supervised on-the-job training
  • Two (2) weeks of recap and advanced classroom sessions

Successful candidates will be trained across various professional disciplines, including:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Human Resources Management
  • Administration

  • Sales and Marketing

Eligibility Requirements

  • BSc or B.Eng with a minimum of Second Class Lower division
  • HND with a minimum of Upper Credit
  • 6 months to 2 years of work experience
  • Applicants must not be older than 28 years
