Role Overview

PwC Nigeria is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to lead client engagements within its Transfer Pricing practice. The successful candidate will manage compliance and advisory projects, contribute to business development, and mentor junior professionals while delivering high-quality solutions aligned with local and international transfer pricing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transfer pricing compliance and advisory engagements.
  • Prepare and review Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country Reports.
  • Apply Nigerian TP Regulations, OECD TP Guidelines, and UN TP frameworks.
  • Collaborate with tax and advisory teams across service lines.
  • Support business development through proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
  • Conduct functional analyses and economic benchmarking studies.
  • Review intercompany agreements and related-party transactions.
  • Represent clients during transfer pricing audits and disputes with FIRS.
  • Ensure compliance with PwC’s quality, risk, and governance standards.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant transfer pricing or tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines and Nigerian TP Regulations.
  • Experience with TP tools and databases (e.g., TP Catalyst).
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
