Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan repayments, cashier’s checks, and money orders.
• Handle foreign currency exchange in accordance with institutional guidelines.
• Provide frontline customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues.
• Refer customers to relevant departments for financial products such as loans and credit cards.
• Balance cash drawers daily and manage vault cash, including counting and packaging currency.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and scan financial instruments such as cheques.
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and anti-fraud compliance standards.
• Verify customer identity in line with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keep workspace organized to support efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND (Upper Credit) in any relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in retail operations or cash handling is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in the use of computer applications and banking equipment.
• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
