Partnership Manager Job in Nigeria at BBC Media Action (Media / NGO Role)

BBC Media Action is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Partnership Manager in Nigeria. This role is part of a multi-component Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) programme focused on reproductive health and child spacing in Northern Nigeria.

Job Title: Partnership Manager
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Duration: 2 Years 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing relationships and develop new partnerships.
  • Coordinate partner project activities and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and project implementation phases.
  • Support donor reporting and audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and editorial policies.
  • Identify and escalate partnership risks.
  • Organise collaboration meetings and workshops.
  • Manage multimedia project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnership management or business development.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good understanding of media or NGO sector.
  • Fluency in English and Hausa language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
