Role Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to lead and execute its Oracle Technology Cloud partner strategy in Nigeria. This role focuses on driving cloud adoption, partner-led revenue growth, and strategic alignment with system integrators and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Oracle’s cloud partner strategy in Nigeria.
  • Drive cloud consumption growth through strategic partners.
  • Develop joint business plans with defined revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Engage C-level executives within partner organizations.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline progress, and cloud consumption.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new high-potential partners.
  • Collaborate with global and regional Oracle alliance teams.
  • Support partners through certifications, training, and solution alignment.
  • Drive opportunities from qualification through closure and consumption.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of enterprise technology sales or partner ecosystem experience.
  • At least 5 years driving cloud or subscription-based technology growth.
  • Strong experience working with system integrators and service providers.
  • Deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
