Job Summary

The Management Trainee will undergo structured exposure across multiple departments of the organization. The role is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience, strategic insight, and operational understanding of Orange Group’s business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand daily operations and objectives of assigned departments
• Support strategic planning and execution activities
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across business units
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions
• Complete assigned tasks and performance milestones during the traineeship
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain updated records
• Observe disciplinary processes and conflict resolution procedures
• Work with managers, supervisors, and senior team members
• Travel to different company offices as required

Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Degree in Management or Business-related field is an advantage
• Relevant experience in management, sales, or customer service is an added benefit
