Job Role

The Lead, Reward and Compliance will oversee end-to-end payroll operations and ensure full compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements. This role requires strong expertise in compensation management, payroll systems, and collaboration across HR and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data entry, wage calculation, deductions, taxes, and adjustments
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits
  • Maintain payroll records with high levels of accuracy and data integrity
  • Collaborate with Talent Management and Finance teams for payroll reporting and accounting
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of compensation and benefits expenses
  • Participate in salary surveys and compensation benchmarking studies
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll, tax, and deduction inquiries

Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in payroll processing and tax compliance
  • Experience working in a multinational organization is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS, compensation management systems, and MS Office tools
