MAR&MOR is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Officer to manage materials and equipment across its Lagos operations, ensuring accurate stock control and timely material availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Summary
The Inventory Officer will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking mechanical and electrical materials and equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory records, supports procurement planning, and minimizes material loss or wastage across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming MEP materials and equipment.
- Issue materials strictly based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock level updates.
- Monitor re-order levels and support procurement and planning activities.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO inventory practices.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory variances.
- Prepare basic inventory reports and support internal or external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory control or storekeeping.
- Previous experience in MEP or construction environments is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MEP materials and inventory management systems.
