Job Overview

Stanbic IBTC Insurance is currently recruiting motivated and result-driven Insurance Sales Advisors to expand its sales force in Lagos. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and long-term career growth within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through lead generation activities
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
  • Clearly explain policy benefits, coverage, and terms to clients
  • Close sales and ensure proper documentation of insurance policies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in any field
  • Previous insurance sales experience is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
