Job Description

The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and standards across all Filmhouse group operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE processes, procedures, and standards across Filmhouse operations
  • Review and maintain internal HSE documentation processes
  • Provide HSE leadership and coordinate HSE-related training programs
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance across all operational areas
  • Prepare quarterly board risk review reports
  • Develop monthly mock drill scenarios and review feedback from drill reports
  • Ensure emergency response systems, policies, and procedures are in place and maintained
  • Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Work closely with facility and development teams on construction and special projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable HSE regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc Degree in any Science or Social Science related discipline
  • Relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH IGC 1 & 2, First Aid, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in health and safety, preferably in hospitality or construction
