Nigerian Foundries Limited (NFL), established in 1969 in Ilupeju, Lagos, has grown from a small grey iron foundry into the leading foundry group in Sub-Saharan Africa. With two operational foundries, a fabrication yard, and additive manufacturing facilities, NFL has evolved into a total solutions enterprise driven by innovation, operational excellence and strategic global partnerships.

The company is currently inviting applications from fresh graduates and candidates with up to two (2) years’ experience for its 18-Month Career Development Programme.

Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Sales & Marketing Officer

Locations: Ota (Ogun State) & Ilupeju (Lagos State)
Employment Type: Full-time
Programme Duration: 18 Months

Programme Overview

Selected candidates will participate in a structured development programme with exposure across key operational areas including Foundry Operations, Machining, Fabrication, Engineering Design and 3D Printing. Sales roles will commence with training in Ota, Ogun State.

Eligibility Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any Social Science discipline
  • Engineering graduates interested in Technical Sales may also apply
  • Applicants must be 27 years old or below
  • 0 – 2 years post-graduate work experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • CAD Test (Engineering applicants)
  • Communication & Expression Assessment (Research-based Scenario)
