ExxonMobil Graduate Internship Programme 2026 (Procurement Support) – Lagos

This one-year internship programme is designed to provide young professionals with hands-on exposure to corporate operations while contributing to capacity development in Nigeria. Successful applicants will gain real-time experience in procurement support services, administrative coordination and operational workflow management within a structured multinational environment.

Programme Responsibilities

  • Provide support in stakeholder and client relationship management processes
  • Assist in National Content compliance data review and reporting
  • Support procurement data gathering and analysis activities
  • Assist with documentation and records management
  • Contribute to process efficiency within procurement operations
  • Provide general administrative support aligned with procurement workflows

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in Accounting, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering, Law or related discipline
  • NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate required
  • Not more than two (2) years post NYSC completion

Preferred Competencies

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams
  • Willingness to learn within a structured corporate environment
  • Effective presentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to develop operational efficiency tools (added advantage)
