Job Overview
Tetra Pak is inviting applications for its Future Talent – Business Development Analyst role, designed for high-potential recent graduates ready to begin a global career journey. This position is part of Tetra Pak’s Future Talent Programme, offering a permanent role from the start with a structured 18-month development experience.
While the role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, successful candidates will work within a global business environment, gaining exposure through training, job rotations, and cross-functional collaboration across the Tetra Pak organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM systems and SAP records to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze business development performance using Power BI and advanced Excel
- Track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and generate analytical reports
- Support post-lead generation activities to improve lead conversion quality
- Conduct market research and gather business intelligence in collaboration with sales teams
- Monitor activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance targets
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve tools and processes
- Support marketing and sales teams in identifying high-potential opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- Graduation year: 2025 or 2026
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- 0–1 year experience in business development, analytics, or similar roles (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
