Role Overview

The Executive Communications Lead will oversee the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives designed to enhance and safeguard executive visibility across public and digital platforms. The role involves aligning executive messaging with organizational objectives to reinforce credibility, maintain consistency, and establish thought leadership across media, speaking engagements, and stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an executive communications framework aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manage executive social media channels including LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Create speeches, keynote presentations, internal communications, press statements, and digital content.
  • Develop messaging strategies for corporate announcements, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Coordinate branding for executive appearances at conferences and industry events.
  • Prepare briefing notes and communications guides for public engagements.
  • Support executive-related crisis communication initiatives.
  • Track engagement metrics including audience reach and media coverage.
  • Maintain a communications calendar aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate interviews, podcasts, panel discussions, and industry engagements.
  • Monitor public sentiment and recommend communication improvements.
  • Develop initiatives to position executives as industry thought leaders within fintech and digital innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in executive or corporate communications.
  • Experience managing executive engagements and public appearances.
  • Strong storytelling and strategic communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive brand communications.
  • Sound understanding of digital communication strategies and thought leadership positioning.
