Job Overview

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Building & Engineering Supervisor to support the effective operation of its property maintenance function. The successful candidate will ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth daily operations of the property maintenance department
  • Ensure all facilities and systems are maintained to high operational standards
  • Proactively improve guest comfort and satisfaction through timely maintenance responses
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and cost efficiency
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program covering safety, environmental, and conservation needs
  • Ensure maintenance initiatives align with hotel objectives and performance targets
  • Supervise and develop the maintenance team, fostering growth and high performance

  • Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance
