We are recruiting a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of TolZ Analytics. This role is ideal for a candidate who understands how to communicate professional services clearly, credibly, and engagingly across social platforms.

Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across key social media channels while building engagement and strengthening brand visibility. The role also involves tracking performance and using data insights to continuously improve content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute a structured monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging captions, visuals using templates, and basic video content.
• Monitor post performance, audience engagement, and growth metrics.
• Prepare simple performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Use analytics data to refine and improve content strategies over time.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and online enquiries.
• Engage with relevant pages, organizations, and industry conversations.
• Support organic follower growth through active community engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Basic design and content creation skills using tools such as Canva.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• 0–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices.

Salary
